Photocopy Licensing
Kirwin Maclean Associates Limited are able to offer organisations a photocopy licence which permits the purchasing organisation to freely photocopy our publications for use within their own organisation. The licence has no time limits and there are no limits on the number of copies the purchasing organisation can make.
The cost of the photocopy licences vary dependent on the size and nature of the organisation. Prices range from £400-£800. Please contact us for more information.
Law for NVQs/SVQs
A number of organisations want to have a photocopy licence for our law books. The nature of the law books means that they are regularly updated in line with new legislation and government guidance. For this reason, we have specifically designed the package "Law for NVQs/SVQs". This package is provided in a ring binder – there are three versions (as follows), each of which is based on one of our law books (as specified). In addition to the contents of the book, a range of information is provided on Government Directives and policy drivers. Questions and answers are also provided for use in training sessions etc:
Law for NVQs Adults (based on Social Care and the Law. An NVQ Related Reference Guide for Direct Care Staff)
Law for NVQs Childrens (based on From Birth to Eighteen Years: Children and the Law)
Law for SVQs (based on Social Care and the Law in Scotland. An SVQ Related Reference Guide for Direct Care Staff)
The initial cost of the package is £1,000. The first two updates (as produced) are provided free. Thereafter, organisations have the option to purchase updates (as produced) at £100 + VAT each update.

Customisation of Material
A number of organisations have asked us to customise our existing material incorporating their own policies and procedures and localised information (e.g. on demography).
